State sues Fort Worth assisted-living center for operating without a license

The Walking in Power home at 6205 and 6209 Forest Hill Drive had nine residents living in two houses when regulators investigated it in May, according to a lawsuit filed in Tarrant County this week by the Texas attorney generalβs office.
